• Fixed errors with some primitive error catching and correct output to user (no more Internal Server Error)
• Fixed a large bug where by entering a negative level, a user could effectively sell levels (even drop to negative levels)
• Fixed a problem with the permission being true by default, instead of true for ops.

• Fixed plugin which was broken by a change in bukkit.
• Attempted some early error handling.. probably doesn't work.
