    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Editing then saving the config file
    2. Reloading the server
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I expected funtionality. instead, it keeps reverting the config file to the default

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no
