What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make as per instructions
2. click button
3. no cost for pressing button, and no cooldown for it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
charege user 25 dollars and have a cooldown of a day

No, no errors show

ops are not charged for using buttons. is that the issue?

Any idea about the cooldown problem?

Just to clarify the original problem - I cant put a cooldown on a button that rewards money, but i CAN put a cooldown on a button that doesnt reward money
