    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    Unfortunately I don't know...

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    "You have 100 blocks of land."  I see: "You have -1656 blocks of land."  However, I can still claim.

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.7

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I tried changing the config to allow 400 blocks by default, but it resulted in this.  I then deleted the config file to have it generate again.  Then I put the explosions, etc configs to what I wanted.
