Bukkit

• Large update to the code to make it easier to use for authors
• Overhauled the tag system so it now uses Tags + Values allowing for wider ranges of tags
• Tags now apply in this order :
  Sub-protection
  If that doesn't have the tag then it checks the main protection
  If that doesn't have the tag then it uses the worlds tag (world tags coming in the next update)
  
• Change several aspects of the protection visuals to make them look a lot nicer!
• /getusers now includes the owner
• You can no longer add the owner as a user in protections
• Works with java 1.6
• Has a config for "BannedItems" to allow you to add items that cannot be used within others protections
• /getusers now includes the owner

Note to the bukkit moderators, the "AutoUpdate: true" in the config is handled within the UpdateHandler
