Bukkit

• Overhauled the Protection system so now players are stored in one list along with tags depicting what they can do
• Reduced the amount of commands
• Fixed many bugs

This is in beta until it is thoroughly tested

Note to the bukkit moderators, the "AutoUpdate: true" in the config is handled within the UpdateHandler
