Updated the Permissions Handler for more Permissionssystems and added some new Configoptions for it.

- bm player time
- bm player displayname, bm player listname aren't working as they should(Modifyed name will be recessed after Server restart)
- bm player show, bm player hide aren't working as they should(No save of State, if a player log in is after the changed state, it will not affect him)
- all bm player commands only work for online Player
- bm player time only works with 'Long' Numbers, not with Strings or something else
- bm player firstseen, bm player lastseen has no formating of Numbers(also only 'Long' Numbers)
- Autobackup can produce lags when backing up bigger stuff
