I have add a new permissionnode: bukkitinventorytools.digilock.create - so admins can deny users to create digilocks, but still let them use them By default users will be able to create and use digilocks.

PLEASE MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR BUKKITINVENTORYTOOLS.DB FILE

I have made changes to the database in versions newer than 2.2.0. I have tried to make an auto update, but please backup the db-file, in case I have made an errors in the upgrade function, you are able to downgrade to version 2.2.0
