Release v1.4.2.3

Officially built and tested with Bukkit's 1.7 dev build. Use said build with caution(though plugin is perfectly stable).

New

• Added all aliases again but with "b" before them(bcolors, bcolours, etc.). Both ways still work just fine(with and without the b).

Changes/Fixes

• Made code slightly more efficient.

I know, I know, I said in the previous update cool stuff was coming. Obviously, sadly, it hasn't. In fact this is my first update in a while! The main reason I even updated was to officially build it against the newest dev build along with adding those aliases/better code. Mainly this is because I don't really see much more I need to do to this plugin. It works, and has all the features I planned for that I could get working corrently.

I also sadly have less time to spend on public plugins(though this is currently my only one) as I have started the position of full-time developer for an upcoming server so I need to prioritize it as I did say I would be loyal and am working for money. If you have any ideas, COMMENT and tell me! I WILL add them when I get a chance, but I need to know what you guys want!
