BTW I left BukHelp(name) is because there is NO other plugin named BukHelp and i cannot think of a other name. If you still want me to change the name please give me some time to think of a name.

Overview

With BukHelp you are able to:

  • Allow player to open support tickets (1 ticket per player at a time)
  • Allow mods to claim tickets
  • Provide full support to all of your players in a smooth way

How it works!

  1. The noob opens the ticket.
  2. One of your mods claim the ticket.
  3. The two players then can chat privatly resolving the issue.
  4. The mod then closes the ticket.

Setup

Visit the Commands and Permissions page! Visit the Settings page!
