What is the issue?

The arena I create keeps "deleting" itself on server restarts.

Please provide any additional information below.

I am trying to add an arena to my creative server. The arena is in a separate multiverse world to the main creative one. I can create and play an arena fine, but once the server restarts, the arena doesn't work anymore. It is still listed in the arenas config but when you try to join, it says "Unknown Arena". The two plugins that I could imagine are interfering are plotme and multiverse.
