Looks like a good base plugin to add some new features :D

Maybe you can add these features -

    1. In-game commands for:
    /broadcaster add <text> @<tag>
    /broadcaster delete <id>
    /broadcaster list (/broadcaster list 2)
    /broadcaster interval <time_in_seconds> <id>
    /broadcaster announce <id>
    /broadcaster tag <tag_name>
    /broadcaster tag color <green/&a>
    /broadcaster bracket <symbol_to_use>
    /broadcaster bracket color <green/&a>

Also please add color code support for 0-f (&a - green I believe)

I guess thats it for now. Hope you like these idea and you can implement them.
Currently there are few up to date working announcement plugins that have in-game commands so this would be good if you update yours.
This makes adding announcements easy and possible for VIPs and admins who don't have access to the root files.

    Thanks

/broadcaster add <text> @<tag> I'm assuming that's adding a message? I'm not sure what the @tag is for. Could you explain that?

/broadcaster delete <id> Assuming that deletes a message, easy enough

/broadcaster list (/broadcaster list 2) Assuming that lists all available messages in the config file (enabled or not), easy enough

/broadcaster interval <time_in_seconds> <id> Modifies the delay between messages? I'd change time_in_seconds to time_in_minutes since the interval is in minutes

/broadcaster announce <id> Assuming that broadcasts a message to the appropriate people? That's currently /broadcaster broadcast <id>

    /broadcaster tag <tag_name> /broadcaster tag color <green/&a> /broadcaster bracket <symbol_to_use> /broadcaster bracket color <green/&a> I don't know what any of those are. Please explain.

As far as color support, that already exists. You can use colors for messages in the config file (example: &4Dark red would show up as Dark red)
