    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    The ability to edit permissions from the secondary server, for instance
    I have a tekkit server and a vanilla server
    the vanilla server is the main server with permissions
    i would like to use a plugin to rank people on both vanilla and tekkit, but cant on tekkit, for you can not edit the permissions through the tekkit server
