Bukkit

I have a server (using aternos) with two other plugins wich are the cannons plugin and big doors plugin and i have been trying to get them to work but it doesn't work (even after using "permissions helpme") the default should be able to make a big door( using big door plugin )  as it is selected to be the default group in the world but it doesn't seem to work. so I would like if some could help me
