Describe to us the issue that you're having:
Some users will join and not have their permissions update/be checked. User joins in a restricted entry worldguard region they normally have access to, the user cannot move in the restricted area until a permissions reload is done.
Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Run bPermissions
2) Permissions won't be checked for some users logging in (at least with worldguard)
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error
Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
