    Describe to us the issue that you're having:
    Error in console:  Error occurred while enabling bPermissions

    Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
    1) Starting the server with bPermissions

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    2.10.9

    Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    CraftBukkit version git-PaperSpigot-5be55c3-18fbb24 (MC: 1.8.8) (Implementing API version 1.8.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

    Which OS?
    Windows 7

    Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):

    2.10.9's all had a series of issues with them, which is why there were so many updates, including the ones with letters, for that particular version.

    Try updating your bpermissions to 2.12 and see if you can get it functioning without errors on startup.
