Describe to us the issue that you're having: I have a re-occuring issue with certain commands not working after a certain amount of time. The commands which seem to be affected are /home, /sethome, /warp, /spawn, /tpa and /msg.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?: Here are the exact steps I take to set permissions. First, upon initial installation of the plugin, I set permissions for default group using this string of commands:

/world world
/group default
/group addperm essentials.home
/group addperm essentials.sethome
/group addperm essentials.warp
/group addperm essentials.spawn
/group addperm essentials.msg
/group addperm essentials.tpa
/permissions save
/permissions reload

at first, everything works, maybe for a day or so. Then, for no apparent reason, it just stops working.

Do you have an error log of what happened?: No.

Which version of bPermissions are you using?: v2.10.8

Which version of CraftBukkit?: 1.7.9-R0.2

Which OS? Windows 7 64-bit.

Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc): Other plugins I have on the server are: Essentials, mcmmo, WorldBorder, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, CoreProtect, VoxelSniper, CommandBook, and Dynmap.

Does this still occur on the latest version? 2.10.9
