Describe to us the issue that you're having:
I am writing permissions into bPermissions groups.yml and no matter what they simply won't work. The groups aren't recognized.
Which steps will reproduce this problem?:

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope.
Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
2.10.7
Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
git-Bukkit-1.7.2-R0.3-b3020jnks
Which OS?
Ubuntu 12.10 (server)
Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):
The only plugin I'm trying to config right now is Herochat.

can't look at the rar file right now, but can you try 2.10.8?

Does this still occur on the latest version? 2.10.9
