Describe to us the issue that you're having:I seem to have all the permission nodes and yml files edited correctly but for some odd reason anyone that is not opped on my server still cant do any commands (/msg , /home, /spawn, ect) i have all the correct nodes entered and yet it still says  "you do not have access to that command" Do you know the solution to this problem

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1)tell me how to fix it
2)give me a solution
3)tell me whats wrong
....

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Which version of bPermissions are you using?:Version 2.10.7

Which version of CraftBukkit?: Craftbukkit 1.7.2

Which OS: My computer is a Mac so OSX but the server i believe is hosted on a Windows OS

Does this still occur on the latest version? 2.10.9
