    Hello, I have to restart my server everytime I make a change to my perms, As I don't use perms based on world (There is no need for it) So, I decided to config "use-global-files: true" but for some reason, When I make changes to my perms and then reload, It doesn't do anything. I have to restart my server everytime. Which is annoying. Any solution?
