Support worlds with space in the name! #640

    I have a world, "BT Craft", which I cannot use with bPermissions in game.
    If I type /world BT Craft it says Too many arguments.
    If I type /world "BT Craft" it says Too many arguments.
    I cannot alias the world to BTCraft or BT_Craft in multiverse to fix this because bPermissions doesn't see it.
    Using the latest of everything as of this post.

    When I use an underscore like /world BT_Craft it says "Please select a loaded world."
