It seems non of the B[INSERT PLUGINS NAME]  are working at the moment. Is this project abandoned ?

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Download bPermissions
2) Load bPermissions
3) Watch it not work
4) Join IRC ask question
5) wait for 24hrs never get answers
6) assume project is dead.
7) sucks was a great plugin to.
....

Sorry I had to post this ticket, but I don't seem to get a answer any where. IRC full of people but not one attempt to answer a single question in a week of asking.
