Promoting players cause lag / large user file / no sql support #609

    Describe to us the issue that you're having:
    Lag whenever a new player joins the server, 1-3 seconds of lag.  Players on their magic carpets fall off then go back on because of this lag.
    Lag whenever promoting a player or demoting.

    Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
    1) New player joins the server OR /promote [player]

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No Errors

    Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    2.10.5

    Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    spigot 1.6.2

    Which OS?
    linux

    Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):
    User file is 4,000 kb
    Any SQL ? I couldn't find information
