Ranks revert back to User or to a Ghost rank out of nothing #604

    People are getting a ghost rank out of nowhere :/

    Which steps will reproduce this problem?: I am not 100% sure
    1)/permissions reload
    2)And ranks are switched up
    3)Sometimes it does happen out of nothing and /permissions save doenst work

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No error log.

    Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!) v2.10.5

    Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!) 1.6.2-R0.1

    Which OS?
    Not sure, (hosted on nitrado)

    Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):

    I think the ghost rank is Default that keeps coming coming back.
    As I do not know how to get it away.
