Describe to us the issue that you're having: Every time my server stops and then starts up, it resets the groups.yml to only a few permissions! I can't do anything about it! I've tried reloading and after that saving, but nomatter what, once the server stops and restarts it replaces the old groups.yml with the messed up one! please help!

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1)Edit groups.yml
2)/perm reload
3)/perm save
4)stop server
5)start server
6)groups.yml gets reset!

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors occur! It just does it!

Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
