Groups can't build, am I missing a node?

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:

Do you have an error log of what happened?
When people try to break it it says "You are not permitted to interact with BRICK_NAME"
doesnt put the error in the logs, just chat.

win7 (we use minecraft panel from fluctis hosting though)

bPermissions doesn't control build perms - you have another plugin denying the ability to build
