Describe to us the issue that you're having:Permissions disappear from the global groups.ymlEVEN WITH THIS "FIXED" VERSION BUG IS STILL THERE
Which steps will reproduce this problem?:1) While server is running modify the groups.yml2) Do a /perm reload3) Check again in the yml...
Do you have an error log of what happened? No, just permissions erasing.
Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)2.10.5 for 1.6.2Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)#2815Which OS?Windows 7 x86Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):Well, I use bpermissions, essentials, timtheenchanter, worldedit, worldguard, coreprotect, playerpoints, pointshop, simpleregionmarket, warpbow, herochat, throwablespawneggs, powertool, vault, icontrolu, openinv, lockette, replicator, protocollib, punishmental, spectate, vanishnopacket, tagapi, craftbook, chestshop, authme
OMG NO REALLY?
.....
Make sure you stop the server then upload all fixed ymls and double check that there is only one bPermissions jar file and that the version is indeed v2.10.5.
There is a naming mistake in the latest revert file that prevents automatic update if you just place it in the update folder. V3.11.2 was names bpermissions and v2.10.5 is named bPermissions. You might have them both running at the same time or the update might not have worked.
i got the same problem, clearing out the groups or writing fresh ones at the end of the group file
We're having the same problem, we have one file called bPermissions.jar
Tickets 574, 585 and 590 are for the same problem.
I did a /bp cleanup which reduced my users file from 200k to 70k. This majorly improved the problem with losing permissions from the group file on /bp reload, maybe even fixed it, except that /bp reload still causes some players to lose all permissions until they logout and back in. Many of the players have learned that when we're working on the system to logout and back in at the first sign of trouble.
