Bpermissions not recognising permissions #586

    Describe to us the issue that you're having:
    bPermissions doesn't seem to recognise the permissions

    Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
    1) Use my configs
    2) Install essentials
    3) Start the server
    4) Get GOLDEN VIP status
    5)Try to type /workbench

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Just user denied access to command

    Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    2.11.2
    Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    #2788
    Which OS?
    Windows 7 ultimate x86 (x32)
    Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):
    I use essentials 2.11.1

    It's in fact windows 7 x86. Sorry for the confusion.
