Describe to us the issue that you're having:
bChatManager detects my groups perfectly fine, so that is working, but I don't have any of the permissions defined in my groups.yml.

I am using the files created by bPermissions and /permission examplefiles. The only change I have made is "global files" in config, so that I will have the permissions across all worlds.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Install bPermissions into your plugins folder
2) Go into terminal where it is running and type permission examplefiles
3) Assign yourself the highest rank, admin
....
