default group changes name to default #559

    Describe to us the issue that you're having:
    I have numbers prior to my groups so when the are in alphabetical order they are in rank order:
    05default
    10member
    20citizen
    ...

    The first config statement is;
    default:  05default

    New for version 2.11.1, from time to time it changes the first statement to:
    default: default

    and then creates a new group called default.

    Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    2.11.1

    Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    Spigot-902 (MC: 1.5.2)
