Auto add to default group, worldbased permissions #513

    For the sake of this explanation, I have 3 worlds:

    1. Main
    2. Games
    3. Skyblock

    Main has it's own permissions
    Games has it's own permissions (same groups as main)
    Skyblock uses games permissions (   skyblock: games    in the mirror.yml)

    When a user first joins my server they are added to the default group.  However, when they first enter the Games world, if they are not already on the list, they do not get added to the default group for that world.  I have to constantly add people or copy the users file over from Main.

    Please advise on a way to make this more useable.

    CB = 1.4.7 - R1.0
    bPerms = 2.10.4
