Describe to us the issue that you're having:
2.10.4 was working well.  Updated to 2.10.5 (no other changes).  2.10.5 causes severe lag.  /lag reports 18 constantly.  If you warp to a new spot it takes 20 to 30 seconds before it is rendered.  If you run overnight this eventually goes away, but is always a problem after restarting.  If you try /promote the server always does a soft restart, everybody is logged out of the system.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
nothing in log except all of the lost connection: disconnect.endOfStream entries, one for each player, during the soft restart

The warping was done between worlds, so this may be a problem when moving between worlds.

I'm having this issue.

Whenever I run /exec to add permissions, server freezes for 15 seconds...

Same here, using exec the server freezes a short time, kicking the players.

If you're experiencing this please revert to the previous version, I'm working on a fix that still works with HeroChat.

this happens to me too, any promote, server freezes for about 15-30 seconds (players in bperm system: around 3000)
