Bukkit

Describe to us the issue that you're having: Ok so I'm using bPermissions, they were working fine for a few hours but now when a regular member that has building and very basic permissions, leaves and then rejoins.. nothing works for them. Their name stays the same (Prefix and colour) but all their permission nodes don't work.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:

Do you have an error log of what happened?
The console doesn't seem to have one

Which version of bPermissions are you using?: v2.10.5 for CB 1.4.7-R1.0

Which version of CraftBukkit?: CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-1.4.7-R1.0-b2624knks (MC: 1.4.7)

Which OS?

I did recently copy the groups.yml and users.yml to every world folder, I don't know if that would effect anything though?
