Reload not reloading custom nodes #501

    Describe to us the issue that you're having:

    Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
    1) change anything in custom nodes yml
    2) hit perm reload
    3) after "reloading config for all worlds) notice that the changes made in custom nodes have no effect (server reload is required, which is anoying)
    ....

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    v2.10.4

    Btw, did perm load wanished or i only had a dream it was in previous versions?
