Can we get permissions, such as:

commandblock.manage (To place and edit command blocks)
commandblock.execute (To allow users to execute/use the command blocks)

etc, and any other permissions that you believe is appropriate for commandblocks?

This way, we can allow users and groups to place and program the blocks without being OP, as well as allow certain users or everyone the ability to execute them.
