Describe to us the issue that you're having:
Hello,

Right now I'm having people who are demoting other people, by buying the lowest donator rank, for someone else.

ranks:
Trusted €1
Iron €2,50
Gold €5
Diamond €10

The command that's issued is /promote [username] [rank]

Now what happening is Player 1 is diamond, and Player 2 is pissed at Player 1.
Player 2 buys trusted for Player 1, And then he is "Promoted" down to trusted.

Is it possible that if the command /promote [username] [rank] is used, its not possible to promote to a rank that's lower in the tracks.
