Describe to us the issue that you're having:
I keep getting an error that isnt allowing players to join or makes them instantly leave

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) have the bpermissions and craftbukkit shown below to get this errorpaste

Big files take time, the yaml parser is slow.

I'm hunting down a different yaml parser, to see if that helps.
