This is not an error or bug but a question/suggestion i don't know if this is right section but here it goes.

Is there a way to make a custom permissions or just a "false permissions" that does nothing but i can use for other plugins?

if i understand you correctly then the answer is No sadly :(

Custom nodes in bperms is for grouping nodes together to tidy up your config and make adding removing groups of permissions easier.

There is another plugin (called like custom nodes or something) that will let you make new permissions for existing "/commands"
