Changed SuperPermissionHandler back to reflection based method for more accurate and reliable permission swapping

Moved back to SnakeYAML. YES IT IS SLOWER!!!!

Move SuperPermissionHandler to a sync task for setup - this may cause lag but increases spoutcraft compatability. Please report on performance issues if any arise!

Fix vanishing perms when a key ends with a ': ' rather than a ':'

Change back to old method of getting the PermissionAttachment in order to play nicer with other plugins

Move saving to an async task in order to remove lag when promoting/demoting players with large files.

Removes all lag (that I can notice) when *SAVING* large files.

Obviously loading still happens in the main thread.
