What is the issue?

  When the plugin reloads via the reload command or server restart, there is a console message that 'two shops with the same name exist' yet I only have one shop .yml file with each name.

I have tried resetting everything back to basic folder and it still does it.  (Example shop)

Any guidance is appreciated.  Files can be provided as needed.
