Colourful update!

In this update you now are able to use colour codes using the &# format. It took a while for me to figure out why it wasn't working fortunately the good people on the dev forums at bukkit helped me realised my stupid error, so thanks to the people in this thread :) http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/broadcaster-not-showing-colour.158811/
