What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

i would like to see this plugin support the borders of mychunk by ellbristow

also i neat idea when 1.7.2 comes out with the stained glass, maybe you can use the stained glass as a border per plugin. example : towny - red stained glass, regions - blue stained glass

i know we gotta wait on bukkit for 1.7.2 but i think its a neat idea

the stained glass can be added already, you can define the block that shows when you use bv.

currently it is set to glass.

support for that plugin will be put on the todo
