Command syntax /<pluginname>:<command> will be automatically blocked
"/plugin:command" will be blocked, but commands like "/tp 50:6:99" will still work

New easy way to configure shared cooldowns. Old way was removed, so YOU HAVE TO backup and delete your config.yml to see new changes to config file and adapt your config to new syntax!
As many users found it very complicated/difficult to setup shared cooldowns, I managed to think of way more simpler way how to do it.
