• Made /bwb reload, givePublic, and deletePublic commands usable from the server console as well as command blocks
• Added setAuthor, setTitle, and setLore commands with corresponding permissions [See here for details]
• Made give, givePublic, load, and loadPublic commands able to use a book's list number without first using that command to generate a load list
• Book giving signs can now specify a book by its list number instead of its full title

* Sometimes books loaded from [give] signs can take a few extra seconds to show up in a player's inventory, though this might only happen when a server is over stressed
