Thanks to FindBro(IGN) we were able to accomplish this Update!

Features:

1. Customizable Blood! (Config Added)
   • replace the Default Number with the ID you desire!
   • MetaData is not Supported (35:2)
2. Other Damages do not Draw Blood!
   • Spam Blood from Cactus and Lava are removed!
   • Blood is not Drawn when you are Damaged by Fall, Cactus, Lava, and etc...
   • Blood is only Drawn from Mobs or Yourself!

Commands:

• bloodreload:
  • description: Reload Blood Particles Config!
  • usage: /<command>

Permissions:

• blood.reload:
  • description: this Permission links with the Command /bloodreload
  • usage:
    1. PermissionsEX. /pex user <Name> add blood.reload
    2. GroupManager. /manuaddp <Name> blood.reload
