Bukkit

• Removed command aliases for more compitability, and I don't see any 'big' reason to have them.
• Added a permissions checker.
• Made the Serverinfo command return strings.
• Added murder command.
• Fixed prevention for endermen griefing, due to deprecated code within bukkit.
• Cleaned up the mobsConfig.
• Removed old monster spawn prevention code.
• Added two new SpawnReasons, Egg and Spawner_Egg.

Spawner_Egg is bugged, (bukkit bugged.) it's currently not following in the config or code.
