The plugin that lets you mute everyone! Period. This plugin can be used to stop chat for brief moment, to announce something important, or give the chat a warning. It can also be used to stop spam, harassment, cursing etc.
Commands
The commands used in this plugin are different from regular bukkit commands. For you to use the commands, you have to put a period in front of the text. The commands in this plugin are: .muteall
.unmuteall
Remember, use a period, not a "/".
Permissions
There are only two nodes you need in this plugin.
blocktalk.mute - When a player has this node, they are able to do .mute and .unmute.
blocktalk.bypass - Users with this node, are able to talk when the chat has been muted.

BlockTalk requires Vault
