BlockSniper
What is BlockSniper
BlockSniper is a plugin to help long-range construction where using current plugins (e.g. WorldEdit) would be overkill. Common tasks include addition of small details on big buildings or simply pranking at other players.
Commands
All commands are sub-commands of the main command /blocksniper or it's alias /bs.

Permissions
This plugin uses only one permission that is default to OPs: BlockSniper.use
Installation
To install BS, just put the .jar file in your plugins directory and restart or reload the server. If you want to change the default configuration, do so and reload again.
Configuration
Right now, you can configure what blocks can be replaced by BlockSniper (not the shootable blocks).
Default Configuration
auto-update: true allowedBlocks: - AIR - BROWN_MUSHROOM - RED_MUSHROOM - YELLOW_FLOWER - RED_ROSE - DEAD_BUSH - SNOW - VINE
Updating
This plugin uses h31lx's Updater to check and download updates automatically. If you do not want to automatically update this plugin, change auto-update to false in the config.yml file.

Posted Oct 27, 2012Would be a lot cooler if it took the block from your inventory when it placed, so I could give it to regular players and it would be balanced. Also it should throw a BlockPlaceEvent when it creates a block, that way logging plugins recognize where the block came from. If you need any help adding those features. I would make some pull requests if the code is on github.
