What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place chest (you get a message: This has been protected under your name!)
2. Point at the top of the chest and use command /rp (you get a message: You removed your protection!)
3. Point at the top of the chest and use command /protect (you get a message: You can't protect this chest! This belongs to: server)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chest gets protected again under my name.

What version of the product are you using?
This server is running CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-1.5.2-R1.0-b2788jnks (MC: 1.5.2) (Implementing API version 1.5.2-R1.0)
BlockLock version 4.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, but config.yml has "135,66,172,world: server"

Please provide any additional information below.
Shouldn't the line just be removed from config.yml when you do /rp?

I have the same problem with 1.6.2 RC2, once a chest has been unprotected, it is owned by server and player cannot take it back or add protection
