    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.hold an enchanted block in your hand
    2.use /hat

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    block remains in hand. an onscreen error ("An internal error occurred while trying to carry out this command.") is displayed instead.

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.11

    Error persists in V.1.12.
